A fire fighting garment manufacturer was facing the problem of not being able to provide various finishing for high safety of the wearer. He was also worried about the cost involved in manufacturing a fabric with the required finishing and properties. The customer approached us through a reference. He also wanted the fabric to be made in the shortest span possible to avoid delay to his customers.

We at SNF, looked in the manufacturer's requirement and worked in close coordination with our R & D department for designing a fabric that was cost effective, flame resistant, light weight, impact resistant and had high stability. We used a mix of man made specialty filaments, using special construction technique for manufacturing a high performance narrow fabric.
